Our irresistible vegan snicker's plenti protein pie

Warning: super healthy and highly addictive!!

PLEASE MAKE <3 
(Gluten-free / Sugar-Free / Dairy-Free / Vegan) 

Ingredients for the Crust:
• 2 cups almond flour
• 1 scoop plenti dark chocolate protein powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
• 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
• A pinch of sea salt

Ingredients for the Filling:
• 1 can (400ml) coconut milk or coconut cream
• 450g sugar-free dark chocolate or chocolate sweetened with stevia
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine all the crust ingredients and mix well, using your hands if needed.
3. Press the crust mixture into a greased pie pan, spreading it evenly towards the edges (check video for reference).
4. Bake for 12 minutes, then let it cool.
5. Prepare the filling: While the crust bakes, heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
6. Melt the chocolate: Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the warm coconut milk over it. Stir well until the chocolate melts completely. Add vanilla extract and sea salt, mixing until smooth.
7. Assemble the pie: Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust, add peanut butter and top with sea salt flakes — place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm. After setting, transfer to the refrigerator.
8. Now serve: You can serve it at room temperature for a soft filling or enjoy it chilled. I love topping it with extra sea salt!
