high-protein brownies — fudgy and packed with plant-based goodness. who’s ready to bake?

#plentibakes ... Because brownies & other baked desserts can be high-protein too!  our dark chocolate flavor is the perfect add-on to a brownie batter... you can always use our dark chocolate protein powder to replace cocoa powder.

our key is to substitute a bit of flour for protein powder to any recipe we're baking, here's the recipe to our high-protein brownies:

using plenti dark chocolate protein 

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
½ cup plenti dark chocolate protein powder 🌱
¼ cup cocoa powder (and more for topping)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips for topping

Instructions:
1.⁠ ⁠Preheat oven to 350 F
2.⁠ ⁠Add all ingredients to a food processor.
3.⁠ ⁠Blend until smooth.
4.⁠ ⁠Line an 8x8 brownie pan with parchment or grease with coconut oil.
5.⁠ ⁠⁠Evenly spread the batter in the pan. Top with chocolate chips.
6.⁠ ⁠⁠Bake for 25 minutes.
7.⁠ ⁠⁠Let cool for a bit — top with flaky salt (optional) and enjoy!!!
