our key is to substitute a bit of flour for protein powder to any recipe we're baking, here's the recipe to our high-protein brownies:

using plenti dark chocolate protein
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
½ cup plenti dark chocolate protein powder 🌱
¼ cup cocoa powder (and more for topping)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Line an 8x8 brownie pan with parchment or grease with coconut oil.
5. Evenly spread the batter in the pan. Top with chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Let cool for a bit — top with flaky salt (optional) and enjoy!!!
