Protein Choco Hazelnut Truffles

If you love that rich chocolate + hazelnut combo, you’re going to be obsessed with these. These bite-sized truffles taste like a treat, but they’re made with simple ingredients and packed with plant-based protein thanks to plenti dark chocolate protein. Perfect for dessert, a mid-day snack, or your sweet post-workout moment.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nut butter (any kind you love)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup plenti dark chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Hazelnuts (whole for filling + ground for coating)


Instructions

  1. Mix the dough: In a bowl, combine the nut butter, honey, plenti dark chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until a smooth, thick dough forms.

  2. Roll into balls: Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized truffles.

  3. Fill with hazelnuts: Press one whole hazelnut into the center of each truffle, then roll again to seal.

  4. Coat: Roll each truffle in ground hazelnuts until fully coated.

  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.


Tips

  • For extra richness: add a tiny splash of vanilla extract.

  • For a firmer bite: chill 15–30 minutes before serving.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
