This shake combination has us thinking about snack time all day! -- A great way to energize at the beginning of your day, fuel post a work-out, or afternoon energizer snack! -- We know you will enjoy this one.
Ingredients:
Ice
Frozen banana
Almond milk (or milk of your choice) or water
plenti PB plant-based protein powder (you can use our vanilla flavor as well)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, but delicious!)
1 shot espresso (do not blend coffee)
Directions:
- Blend ice, frozen banana, almond milk, plenti protein, peanut butter in a blender. pro tip: always blend your shakes for about 1-2+ minutes.
- serve the espresso shot in a glass, pour your blended shake over, and enjoy!
