Peanut Butter Espresso Protein Shake

This shake combo has us thinking about snack time all day. It’s the perfect way to energize your morning, refuel post-workout, or have a mid-day pick-me-up that actually keeps you full. Creamy PB + banana + plenti protein… with an espresso shot on top = next level.

Ingredients

  • Ice (to taste)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Almond milk (or milk of your choice) or water

  • 1 scoop plenti PB plant-based protein powder (vanilla also works great)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, but delicious!)

  • 1 shot espresso (do not blend)


Directions

  1. Blend the shake: Add ice, frozen banana, almond milk (or water), plenti protein powder, and peanut butter (if using) to a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.

  2. Pro tip: Blend for 1–2+ minutes for the smoothest texture.

  3. Add espresso: Pour the espresso shot into a glass first.

  4. Serve: Pour the blended shake over the espresso and enjoy immediately.


Optional Add-Ons

  • Cinnamon sprinkle on top

  • Extra ice for a “frappe” vibe

  • Swap PB protein for vanilla for a lighter latte flavor
