Ingredients

1 frozen banana

Almond milk (or milk of your choice) or water

1 scoop plenti PB plant-based protein powder (vanilla also works great)

1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, but delicious!)

1 shot espresso (do not blend)
Directions

Blend the shake: Add ice, frozen banana, almond milk (or water), plenti protein powder, and peanut butter (if using) to a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.

Pro tip: Blend for 1–2+ minutes for the smoothest texture.

Add espresso: Pour the espresso shot into a glass first.
